Suria Active Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is any wholly own subsidiaries of Suria Eco Industrial Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Suria Active Engineering started it's research and development works in early 2004. Our first pilot pond was build in August 2005 in three unit of Small Medium Industrial (SMI) factory building at Permatang Tinggi, Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

 

The development project are carried out in three (3) phases;

 

1 st Phase - The first phase emphasis was in developing the following : -

 

a. Integrating Reverse Osmosis (RO) Pure Water Technology

b. Pond construction and Water Recycling Technology

c. Hi Grade Low Cost Artificial Salt Water Formulation.

d. Filtration Pond system

 

The first phase was fully completed by February 2007

 

2 nd Phase - The second phase focus was in developing computer Real Time standalone controlling system. This covered :-

 

a. Real Time monitoring computerized system consist of Infra Red Night vision cameras.

b. Sensors monitoring of water quality for the following parameters;
- Salinity
- pH Levels
- Water Temperature
- Oxygen Level and
- TDS Level

c. Hi Tech reporting system thru Mobile (SMS), and Internet Broadband. These consist of Alarm which will be trigger in the form of visual and Audio directly to the specified person.

 

The second phase is currently ongoing and expected to complete by May 2007

 

3 rd Phase - In the third phase, we are planning to improved all the standalone system integrated into a central computerized monitoring broadband technology. This includes :-

 

a. Individual pond from any corner of the world can be monitored over the internet by a central monitoring system based in Penang.

b. Developing our Help program consist of;
- Abang Program
- Internet Help Desk
- Online Chating
- 24 hours online call
- Emergency Respond Team (ERP)

 

The third phase is currently in development, software is completed and waiting to be integrated after completion of second phase.

 

Our core objective is to provide a sustainable income for our “Vendor Partnership Program” participant. Average income expected from RM3,000 ~ RM20,000 per month depending on pond size, quantity and type of fish we breed.
